hungry hungry… birds?
My first JavaScript mashup game is alive: play it now, please, and let me know what you think in the comments below. It’s best with four players crowded around a keyboard, getting to know each other, but anywhere from 2-4 players can be fun.
There were a lot of things I’d like to have done better, but this was just the right scope for a stealing-free-time-on-the-weekend project. Maybe someday I’ll revisit it to hack in a circular playfield instead of a square. The holy grail might be to do all the canvas management on the server (maybe a great node.js learning project) and allow players on different machines to play against each other via websockets…
Can’t wait to see the kids play this tomorrow morning…

What fun! I would love it even more if it had the ear-crushing clicks and crunches like when my kids play HHH in the playroom. The first time I heard it I thought they were breaking everything in there.
