our son has arrived!
He’s here! We are just as thrilled as can be to introduce Graham David Lifford, born Saturday, April 14, at 11:23 a.m., weighing in at 7 pounds 5 ounces and measuring 19¾ inches. Mom and baby are both doing great and will be coming home tonight. Violet met her new little brother yesterday and seemed pretty thrilled about the whole thing.
Here are a few more photos; plenty more coming soon at our Flickr site.

Everyone I work with cheered when I told them Graham was born. Literally 85 people welcomed him into the world with great enthusiasm. The fam looks great! Can’t wait to get there in a couple months. LOVE!!

Congratulations! I can’t believe our boys are only two days apart (12th and 14th). I guess they decided meeting on Friday the 13th wasn’t the best idea.
I’m totally envious of your publicist / photographer. Cheris looks like she just came back from a day at the spa.
Hope you all are well and enjoying these precious days together as a family.

Wow!!! Beautiful family guys!
I must say, nobody pops out kids and looks fabulous while doing it like Cheris!!!
Did I just say “fabulous”? How, metrosexual of me.
Anyway, congrats to you both!!!
Hyun-mi is a month away from making me a daddy too. I’m pretty excited…and scared…and unsure of what to do. Apparently babies naturally go to the nipple? Is that right? I watched a video on gerbils and they seemed to know exactly what to do. So I guess I just open my shirt and wait? Rob? Can I get some pointers, here? What’s the trick to making the milk come out? Do I have to stroke gently? I’d better ask my neighbours kid to help me practice. She’s 17. Is that too old??? Pointers would be appreciated.
Best wishes,
Craig and Hyun-mi.

Hey guys- Many Many Congrats on baby 2, aka Graham! He looks like a big (especially tall) guy! Is everyone else telling you that he looks a lot like Lifford?
On the flip side we could quote Matt Herman, who refused to look at my baby pictures of Jesse b/c “all babies look exactly the same until they’re six months old, so why bother?”
I hope the whole family is well. Been thinking about you guys. Jesse started sleeping through the night about two weeks back and we even gave him a little cereal this week. Good times!
I put the latest Jesse pics on Flickr in as the my URL site.

Congratulations, Rob, on the birth of your son. Now, that he’s almost one, he’s more fun than you can possibly keep up with! I wish you and your wife many precious years with Graham and Violet.
